We are delighted to share the wonderful success of our 2025 Scholarship Program, a milestone that reflects the hard work and aspirations of our students, and the enduring commitment of our supporters.
This year, we have proudly awarded 51 scholarships, including 19 named scholarships—special recognitions that honor the memory or generosity of individuals, while empowering promising students from rural Andean communities to pursue higher education. Since 2007, the Foundation has awarded hundreds of scholarships across diverse fields—from nursing, agronomy, anthropology, and engineering to business administration, teaching, IT, and more.
We are also proud to share that the Chijnaya Foundation’s educational mission has recently been highlighted in a peer-reviewed anthropology publication, underlining the program’s cultural and academic significance. This rigorous documentation not only validates our approach but helps elevate the voices and achievements of Quechua students pursuing their professional dreams. As we celebrate these successes, we are already looking forward to 2026.
With your continued support, we aim to fund 50 new scholarships in 2026, ensuring that another cohort of talented young people can walk the path toward education, service, and community
development.
- A gift of $800 can fully fund one student’s educational expenses.
- Alternatively, you may choose to establish or contribute to a named scholarship, a meaningful way to honor someone special while investing in future leaders.
- Any contribution will be met with gratitude—and carefully applied to maximize impact
If you would like more details on how to fund a scholarship—whether named or general—please don’t hesitate to contact us. Together, we can invest in 50 new dreams in 2026. Thank you!
