Family Support Stipend- YANAPAY

As announced by the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, the payment of the YANAPAY family support stipend recently began, which consists of an economic subsidy of 350 soles with the goal of benefiting more than 13 million citizens who have been affected financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This bonus will be granted to people who are in conditions of extreme poverty, poverty and vulnerability. Within the same family, each adult member of legal age will benefit individually from this stipend. This support will mean a disbursement of 5 billion soles, a measure that is part of a series of actions to reactivate the national economy.

In the district of Pucara, the payment of the stipend will begin on September 20th for registered users of the social programs: Contigo, Pension 65 and Juntos, who will be credited to their respective associated bank accounts. Subsequently, the payment will be made to those people outside of these programs who have a bank account in the financial system and finally to those who do not, for which the payment will be in person only by showing their ID at the Banco de la Nación windows. The closest Banco de la Nación to Pucará is in the neighboring district of José Domingo Choquehuanca.

Grassland Fire in the District of Pucará

At the beginning of September, a pasture fire was reported on the peñon (rock formation) in Pucará. Due to wind, the forest fire began to spread rapidly along the slope of the hill, affecting families that live in its vicinity and causing an emergency in the locality.

Faced with the absence of the fire department from the province of Ayaviri, it was the residents themselves who voluntarily began to try to mitigate the spread of the fire and eventually they were able to extinguish it.

There are different versions about the cause of the fire, some indicate that it was the result of lightning, others say that it was caused by unknown persons in a ritual of burning the garments of a deceased person. The District Municipality of Pucará has been making communications through the radio so that the inhabitants become aware and avoid this type of activity, which can have serious consequences.

Free Campaign- RENIEC Itinerante

Last Thursday, September 16th, the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC) in coordination with the Civil Registry Office of the District Municipality of Pucará, carried out a free itinerant campaign at the Municipal Library.

This activity has been carried out to bring the local population who are in a vulnerable situation closer to the services of: birth registration, registration for ID of minors and adults, renewal of ID, change of address, among others. This campaign serves as a measure to facilitate access to the different RENIEC procedures and avoid travel to the main cities of the department of Puno to process them, especially in these times of pandemic.

It was attended by the Itinerant Registrar, who attended to users, pending a next campaign for the following month of November.

Measures Against the State of Emergency Due to COVID-19

The central government through Supreme Decree No. 151-2021-PCM has made official the new measures aimed at mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have been in effect from Monday, September 6th to Sunday, September 19th.

The restrictions have been classified according to the risk of contagion of COVID-19, being that the entire province of Lampa, where the district of Pucara is located, is considered within the HIGH ALERT level. Due to this classification, the transit of citizens is limited from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am and with a limitation in the capacity of spaces – both in activities in closed and open areas.

Bono de Apoyo Familiar- YANAPAY

Conforme a lo anunciado por el Presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, se dio inicio al pago del bono de apoyo familiar YANAPAY, el cual consiste en un subsidio económico de S/350 soles, medida con la cual se espera beneficiar a más de 13 millones de ciudadanos que se han visto afectados en su economía con motivo de la pandemia del covid19.

Este bono se otorgara a las personas que se encuentren en condiciones de extrema pobreza, pobreza y en vulnerabilidad, siendo inclusive que en una misma familia se beneficiaria de manera individual a cada uno de los miembros mayores de edad. Este apoyo va a significar un desembolso de 5,000 millones de soles, medida que forma parte de una serie de acciones con lo que se espera reactivar la economía nacional.

En el distrito de Pucara, el pago del referido bono se estará realizando a partir del 20 de Setiembre para los usuarios empadronados de los programas sociales: Contigo, Pensión 65 y Juntos, a quienes se les estará abonando en sus respectivas cuentas asociadas. Posteriormente, se realizara el pago a aquellas personas que tengan una cuenta bancaria en el sistema financiero y finalmente las que carezcan de la misma, para lo cual el pago será presencial solamente mostrando su DNI en las ventanillas del Banco de la Nación, siendo la más cercana la ubicada en José Domingo Choquehuanca.

Quema de Pastizales en el Distrito de Pucará 

En los primeros días del presente mes de setiembre se ha registrado la quema de pastizales en el peñón de Pucara, la misma que por efectos del viento ha permitido que este incendio forestal se comience a extender rápidamente por la ladera del cerro, afectando a las familias que habitan en sus cercanías provocando una emergencia en la localidad.

Frente a la ausencia de la compañía de bomberos de la ciudad de Ayaviri, fueron los mismos pobladores quienes alertados por tal hecho y de manera voluntaria comenzaron a tratar de mitigar y apagar el fuego, consiguiendo su objetivo.

Se tienen distintas versiones sobre la causa del mismo, algunos indican que ha sido consecuencia de un rayo, otros refieren que ha sido provocado por personas desconocidas en un ritual de quema de prendas de un difunto. La Municipalidad Distrital de Pucara viene realizando comunicados a través de los medios radiales para que los pobladores tomen conciencia y eviten este tipo de actividades, la misma que puede acarrear graves consecuencias.

Campaña Gratuita- RENIEC Itinerante

El pasado jueves 16 de setiembre, el Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil (RENIEC) en coordinación con la Oficina de Registro Civil de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pucara, han realizado una campaña gratuita itinerante en el local de la Biblioteca Municipal.

Esta actividad se ha realizado con la finalidad de acercar a la población local que se encuentran en situación de vulnerabilidad, los servicios de: Inscripción de Nacimientos, Inscripción para DNI de menores y mayores, Renovación de DNI, cambio de domicilio, entre otros. Esta campaña sirve como una medida de facilitar el acceso a los distintos trámites de la RENIEC y evitar el traslado hacia las principales ciudades del departamento de Puno para tramitar los mismos, especialmente en estos tiempos de pandemia.

Se contó con la presencia del Registrador Itinerante, quien atendió a los usuarios, quedando pendiente una próxima campaña para el siguiente mes de Noviembre.

Medidas Frente al Estado De Emergencia por COVID-19

El gobierno central mediante el Decreto Supremo Nro. 151-2021-PCM ha oficializado las nuevas medidas destinadas a mitigar el impacto de la pandemia del covid19, las cuales tienen vigencia desde el pasado lunes 06 de setiembre al domingo 19 de setiembre.

Se ha clasificado las restricciones de acuerdo al riesgo de contagio del covid19, siendo que toda la provincia de Lampa, donde pertenece el distrito de Pucara, está considerada dentro del nivel de ALERTA ALTO. En ese sentido, se encuentra limitado el tránsito de los ciudadanos desde las 11:00 pm a 4:00 am y con limitación en los aforos de locales – tanto en actividades en espacios cerrados como en abiertos.
